- All our fares are calculated by the pick up address given to us.
- In the unlikely event of our drivers being late due to circumstances beyond our control no liability will be accepted.
- All parking, toll and congestion charges are included in the price given at the time of booking.
- Advanced Airport Cars accept NO liability for the loss or damage to any luggage or property carried.
- All major credit cards accepted subject to a 3% charge.
- All accounts must be settled 30 days from invoice date.
- We will not keep customers financial details on record.
- We will not share customer's personal details with anyone else.
- Any booking that is cancelled 48 hours prior will be subject to a 3% charge.

How do I get a quote?
All our airport transfers are offered at a fixed price rate depending on your location; whether picking up or dropping off the price is always the same!
How do I make a booking?
Simply fill out the Quote Request Form and hit "Get a Quote"; we recommend enquiring as far in advance as possible to ensure a booking!
What happens after I send the "Quote Request Form" ?
We'll check our schedule, reserve and acknowledge your booking straight away, then send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details you will need, we aim to confirm every booking within 48 hours.
Where will your driver meet me?
If it's an airport or seaport drop off they will pick you up from wherever you specify, for airport and seaport pick ups your driver will be waiting at the information desk with a name board.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
We closely monitor flight and sailing times at all the airports and seaports for delays and rescheduling, so be assured whatever may happen your driver will be there waiting for you when you arrive!
How do I pay?
